Project Engineering

We plan your process plant in accordance with GMP guidelines. This applies not only to the construction of new production plants, but also to the conversion or modernisation of existing production plants or infrastructure facilities for the chemical, pharmaceutical or biotechnological industries.

In the case of modifications to existing plants, process intensification can be discussed with the client as early as the concept phase. This involves checking whether new technologies can replace existing operating units. Considerable savings in energy consumption can be possible or waste mass flows can be significantly reduced.

We support you in planning your biotechnical production facilities in conventional bioreactors in stainless steel design or cell culture-based productions in SUT facilities (upstream and downstream processing).

Over 35 years of experience in project management ensures that your project is completed on time, on budget and with the required quality. Front End Loading is crucial to link all elements correctly and without exception, so that any deviations are detected and their consequences remain transparent and measures can be taken quickly. Standard good management practices are always discussed with you, the client, in order to comply with your requirements.
